Investor Relations Associate - Private Equity

We are currently partnered with a PE fund looking to add an Investor Relations professional to its team in London. The company has been in the market for a number of decades and is one of the market leaders in its field.

The IR Associate will sit within the IR team and play a pivotal part in supporting the fundraising process, completing day-to-day project management responsibilities and co-ordinating marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Senior IR team to organise roadshows, meeting notes, and investor follow-ups.
• Assist in the production of pitchbooks, teasers and other marketing materials.
• Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies and support with relevant press releases.
• Update and Maintain CRM
• Support with the organisation of investor events and AGM’s

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role at another private markets fund or placement agent
• Experience in working with closed-ended funds is a must
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
