We are currently partnered with a Tier 1 Private Equity fund manager looking to add an IR & Marketing professional to its team in London. The company has been in the market for over 20 years and is one of the market leaders in its field. The IR & Marketing Associate will sit within the IR team and play a pivotal part in supporting the fundraising process, completing day-to-day project management responsibilities and coordinating marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Senior IR team to organise roadshows, meeting notes, and investor follow-ups.
- Assist in the production of pitchbooks, teasers and other marketing materials.
- Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies, as well as support with relevant press releases.
- Update and maintain CRM.
- Support with the organisation of investor events and AGMs.
Requirements:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role at another private markets fund or placement agent.
- Experience in working with closed-ended funds is a must.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
