Investment Associate/ VP

I am currently working with a well-known Mid-Market Infrastructure Fund who have recently made a first close on their current fund with a final close planned later this year.

With a strong track record on their prior funds and some capital left to deploy, they are now looking to grow their investment team with a couple of hires at the Associate/ VP level.

Responsibilities:

– Draft and prepare materials and memos for various investors on the back of developing detailed models and financial analysis

– Assist in managing all aspects of due diligence and execution of transactions

– Originate and screen potential investment opportunities

– Travel and participate in business development activities

– Assist in ongoing Asset Management

Ideally, they are looking for someone with:

– Between 4 – 7 Years of experience. Ideally a few years in Investment Banking and a few years at an infrastructure fund/ PE shop.

– Someone with prior origination experience/ willing to step up into this in the medium term if at the associate level

– Entrepreneurial mindset as they want someone to able to grow with the business

– Prior deal experience within Infrastructure, Renewables, and Utilities would be ideal.
