Venture Search is currently working with a London-based Investment Manager looking to add an Analyst/Associate to their Private Equity team. They have over 20+ years of investment experience and approximately 40 global investments. They invest from the growth stage to buyouts in the lower mid-market across; Business Services, Consumer & Retail, Financial Services, and Industrials.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the team to identify new investment opportunities.
- Financial Modelling and Due Diligence.
- Supporting the negotiation and execution of deals.
- Working alongside the advisory team.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in financial services.
- 2:1 or above at the undergraduate level.
- A-Level Maths.
- Right to work in the UK.
