We are currently working with a Top Tier Boutique Advisory firm specialising in New Energy, Clean Tech and Renewables, focusing on Advisory, Capital Raising, Research and Asset Management activities. After experiencing some steady growth and making key hires from top investment banks, they are continuing their expansion, looking to hire an M&A Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and client presentations
- Conduct sector and company research to support business development and deal origination
- Engage with clients, investors, and project developers throughout the deal process
Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and M&A
- Strong modelling, analytical, and presentation skills
- Passion for the energy space and understanding of the renewable energy sector
- Prior experience in infrastructure or energy deals is a plus
