Venture Search is partnered with a $50+bn AUM Private Credit GP, who are looking to bolster their Client Solutions team in London. In this role, candidates will be working alongside a close-knit team of experienced fundraisers and will be responsible for existing and prospective investor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and profile prospective investors; plan outreach and follow-ups
- Maintain and update a comprehensive investor database
- Gather and analyze market intelligence from various sources
- Track investor trends, competitor activity, and industry performance
- Support CRM updates and coordinate Virtual Data Room requests
- Organize roadshows and manage post-meeting follow-ups/materials
- Collaborate across teams and support events, filings, and conferences
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Investor Relations or Fundraising role at an Asset Manager, or from a Placement Agent.
- Significant exposure to PE, Private Credit or Infrastructure asset classes.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Proven project management track record, highly organized and process-driven, with strong attention to detail and ability to see projects through to completion.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), strong data management in Excel, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
- Collaborative, proactive, and resourceful problem-solver with strong work ethic, sound judgment, business etiquette, and an entrepreneurial approach to anticipating next steps.
