Our client is a global Placement Agent, with a track record in raising capital for PE, Private Credit and Real Assets funds in the USA and Europe. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an Analyst to join their Project Management team in London.
The Analyst will work closely with senior colleagues, distribution teams, and clients to manage fundraising projects from inception to close. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project management for fundraising mandates
- Regular client interaction, including preparation of weekly fundraising updates
- Drafting and reviewing marketing and due diligence materials (presentations, offering documents, DDQs)
- Coordinating responses to investor RFPs and due diligence requests
- Producing investor updates throughout the fundraising lifecycle
- Maintaining internal project tracking and monitoring systems
- Supporting business development efforts across asset classes
- Conducting top-down sector analysis and identifying target managers
- Reviewing inbound opportunities and performing client due diligence
- Assisting with client onboarding
- Researching new and existing institutional investors, with the opportunity to support outreach over time
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience from the Big 4, or a Consultancy firm. Preference for candidates in Audit, Assurance or Transactions Services teams
- Candidates must be ACA/ACCA qualified to be considered
- Exposure to private funds, fundraising, or alternative investments is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident, professional presentation style and client mindset
- Interest in alternative investment markets is essential
- Willingness to complete relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA)
