We are currently partnered with a London based investment fund looking to hire a CFO to join its growing leadership team in London. The firm has a strong track record across multiple credit strategies and is backed by a global institutional investor base. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of both the fund and management company, while supporting strategic growth, investor transparency, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all fund finance, corporate finance, and treasury functions across the platform
- Oversee financial reporting, valuations, NAV calculations, and audit processes
- Manage key third-party relationships (administrators, auditors, tax advisors, custodians)
- Support investor reporting, capital calls/distributions, and fundraising efforts
- Monitor and manage regulatory and compliance requirements
- Oversee budgeting, expense control, and strategic financial planning
- Partner closely with the CEO and investment team on firm-wide initiatives and strategy
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior finance role within private credit, private equity, or hedge funds
- Strong understanding of fund structures, credit products, and partnership accounting
- Prior experience overseeing audits, regulatory filings, and investor reporting
- Qualified accountant (ACA, or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience with fund administration platforms and financial systems
