Capital Formation - Infrastructure/Private Equity - Director

I am working with a Sustainable Investment manager who focuses on Climate-led Investing. As part of their continuous growth and expansion, they are seeking a highly qualified and experienced salesperson to join their Capital Formation Team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new investors to expand the firm\’s client base.
• Lead due diligence processes and investor onboarding end-to-end.
• Maintain strong relationships across all levels of institutional clients and consultants.
• Collaborate with senior management to meet fundraising targets and contribute to the growth of AUM.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record and an extensive network of institutional investors across the EMEA.
• 8+ years\’ experience in selling Infrastructure/Private Equity to Institutional investors.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and Infrastructure/Private Equity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets and objectives.
• A bachelor\’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or CFA) are a plus.
