Venture Search is working with a large-cap GP, who are looking to build out their Investor Relations team in London, focusing on their Real Estate strategies. Candidates must be fluent in German to be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead a variety of operational, analytical, and strategic initiatives within the Investor Relations team
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with investors regarding fund performance, structure, and investment strategy
  • Prepare high-quality investor materials, including reports, presentations, and responses to enquiries, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Oversee investor onboarding processes across EMEA, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience
  • Manage ongoing investor communications, including reporting cycles, updates, and ad hoc requests
  • Maintain and enhance the Investor Portal, including uploading materials and supporting communications distribution
  • Provide analytical support for reporting, fundraising materials, and portfolio updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within IR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with real estate investments and structures (preferred)
  • Fluency in German
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numerical and financial analysis capabilities
