Analyst – Project Management, Placement Agent
Our client is an independent placement agent, advising leading private market fund managers on raising institutional capital globally. Their Project Management team plays a critical role in executing mandates, managing fundraising processes end-to-end, and producing high-quality materials for investor engagement.
They are looking for an Analyst to join their Project Management team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to transition from professional services into private markets fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising project management across private equity, private credit, real assets, and related strategies.
- Prepare investor marketing materials including private placement memoranda, due diligence questionnaires, and investor presentations.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, track records, and fund performance analyses.
- Coordinate due diligence processes with fund managers and investors.
- Conduct market research on private markets, comparable funds, and investor activity.
- Assist in managing internal project workflows to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Candidate Profile:
- Current or recent experience at EY, KPMG, Deloitte, or PwC.
- Practice areas of interest include Audit, Transaction Services, or Financial Services Advisory.
- Exposure to private markets (private equity, private credit, infrastructure, or real assets) is essential.
- Strong financial analysis, accounting, and modelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
