Venture Scotland is a pioneering organisation dedicated to empowering young people across Scotland through outdoor adventure and personal development. Our mission is to inspire and support individuals aged 16-30, helping them to build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills.

At the heart of our approach is the belief that nature can be a powerful catalyst for change. We offer a range of programmes that combine outdoor activities such as climbing, hiking, and kayaking with personal development workshops. These experiences are designed to challenge participants physically and mentally, fostering growth and self-discovery.

Our team consists of experienced outdoor instructors and youth workers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. We work closely with local communities and partner organisations to ensure our programmes are accessible to all, regardless of background or ability.
