Following another year of incredible results in a really tough climate, they are now entering into another exciting period of growth and grabbing more market share which means there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced kitchen designer or sales led / customer focussed individual to join their business to help meet increased demand.
Finding the right person is so important therefore, we are looking for someone who can fit into our fun and friendly team but can also focus on the job at hand by building relationships with customers in the local area and share your passion for design and outstanding service to convert a busy lead bank into sales.
A friendly and professional manner is needed when it comes to welcoming customers into the branch and at their homes. Your ability to listen and understand the customers’ needs is essential as it will result in you offering advice and product recommendations to design and measure their dream kitchen.
Your enthusiasm and skills will close the sale and complete the project and, last but not least, your attention to detail and willingness to succeed will ensure the customers are satisfied throughout the whole project through to completion.
Your Skills & Unique Attributes
You must have previous sales experience working within a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or furniture sales / design environment where you have nurtured your customer's desire to design, furthered by your technical knowledge whilst delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for the customer.
You will be organised, have excellent communication and time management skills along with the drive and ambition to succeed. You will thrive in a team environment and be keen to bring your initiative and creativity to the role while being able to work effectively and efficiently to targets and achieve successful sales.
