Uber cool appliance brand and exciting high growth business is looking to recruit a passionate kitchen designer or business development professional. As part of our growing Business Development team, you will focus on training and educating designers in our national account network on how to promote and sell our fantastic products to ensure they grow.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of training into their national retail & trade account stores. You will be passionate and deliver premium training to a high standard. During your training sessions, you will be required to present their portfolio along with the features and benefits, ensuring each designer is confident when talking about their products to their customers. Your role is extremely important to their overall business development strategy and success.
You will be expected to conduct data analysis to identify trends and devise strategies to improve processes and make them more efficient in their working. I’m looking for data-driven, customer-centric individuals who enjoy building long-lasting relationships.
The role is field-based and will be ideally located in the Manchester or Leeds area to ensure even coverage. The role will include overnight stays and some weekend working as and when required.
You will receive full training and a structured career path whilst working in a fun and supportive environment to ensure you reach your full potential whilst supporting our national stores at the same time. We’re looking for an enthusiastic brand ambassador who can comfortably deliver in-store training while seeking out new opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering training sessions in retail stores and exhibitions
- Exhibit a positive, passionate, confident and motivated outlook
- Motivate sales staff to promote and sell our products
- Deliver training sessions that are engaging, memorable and informative
- Store analysis to drive incremental growth
About You:
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks with a proactive, autonomous attitude whilst also being a team player with a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships
- Excellent time management skills, managing resources and workload effectively
- Innovative with the confidence to put ideas forward and create a clear execution strategy
- Analytically thinking, with the ability to dissect data and identify trends to improve existing processes
- Previous kitchen design or sales experience advantageous
