Kitchen Designer – Bracknell Market Leading Brand Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic + Bonuses (OTE 42,000) + Sales Incentives. Hours: 40 per week (No late nights or Sundays). Finding the right person is so important; we are looking for a kitchen designer who can fit into our fun and friendly team but can also focus on the job at hand by building relationships with customers in the local area and sharing your passion for design and outstanding service to convert a busy lead bank into sales. As a friendly and professional representative, you will welcome customers into the branch and at their homes. Your ability to listen and understand their needs will allow you to offer advice and product recommendations to design and measure their dream kitchen. Show enthusiasm and skills to close the sale and complete the project; your attention to detail and willingness to succeed will ensure customers are satisfied throughout the whole project through to completion. Key Qualifications Previous sales experience in kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or furniture sales/designed environment. Ability to nurture customers\’ desire to design, leveraged by technical knowledge and delivering a fantastic and memorable experience. Organised, excellent communication and time management skills along with drive and ambition. Team player willing to bring initiative and creativity, working effectively to targets and achieving successful sales.
