As one of the leading Merchants in the UK, our client is now looking for a Branch Manager to join them on their impressive growth journey. My client has over 300 branches nationwide and an exciting new store opening programme over the next few years.

As a branch manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the branch leading your teams to drive sales and increase the profitability of your business.

Already a successful branch manager, you will be organised and a strong communicator who has the ability to motivate, train and develop your team to deliver high levels of service to our trade and retail clients - helping to build long lasting relationships with them.

Your Skills & Unique Attributes

  • You must have previous management experience working within a merchant, retail or trade sales environment where you have developed a customer service ethic whilst delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for the customer.
