Hours: 40 per week (Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5pm / Saturday 8am – 12pm / Closed Sundays)

Following another year of incredible results in a really tough climate, they are now entering into another exciting period of growth and grabbing more market share which means there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join their business to help meet increased demand across the North Kent / East Sussex area.
Finding the right person is so important, therefore, we are looking for someone who is a confident and outgoing Branch Manager that can create a fun and friendly environment for their team to be successful.
Our top performers lead from the front and will get hands on at times, plus they are able to build long‑term relationships with customers in the local area by providing outstanding service to helps convert leads into sales.
A friendly and professional manner is needed from our business leaders when it comes to welcoming customers into the branch. Your ability to listen and understand the customers\’ needs is essential as it will result in you and your team offering advice and product recommendations which bring our customers dreams and needs to life.
Your enthusiasm and management skills will help you and your team close the sales and complete the projects and, last but not least, your attention to detail and willingness to succeed will ensure the customers are satisfied throughout the whole project through to completion so that they want to come back again.
Your Skills & Unique Attributes
You must have previous Store, Branch, or General Management experience and ideally will come from or previously have worked within K&B or a Trade / DIY environment though we have had successful hires from other big ticket sales or assisted sales environments too.
You will be organised, have excellent communication and time management skills along with the drive and ambition to succeed. You will thrive in a team environment and be keen to bring your initiative and creativity to the role while being able to work effectively and efficiently to achieve and exceed your targets.
