Area Sales Manager\\n\\nLancashire, Yorkshire, Midlands\\n\\nUp to £60,000 + Excellent OTE + Car\\n\\nNewly created position, regions to be defined based on successful applicants’ location.\\n\\nThis exciting, high growth global business is one of the world’s largest kitchen manufacturers, recognised globally for innovative design and the best engineering. With an expansive, 55,000 sq ft head office and distribution warehouse and extensive kitchen showrooms in throughout the UK, they deliver a seamless service from concept to installation and aftercare to house builders and property developer clients nationwide.\\n\\nDue to an exciting period of growth and a solid plan in place for further expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager’s to lead the commercial regional activities of our kitchen manufacturing company. Already an established area sales manager / business development manager selling into the house build sector, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and maximize market share.\\n\\nYou will oversee the sales and business development within the house build sector for your region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the kitchen manufacturing industry and established contact within house build, demonstrate successful achievement of sales targets, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market. Reporting directly into the Sales Director, you will support them with creating and executing strategy as well as influence and collaborate with other members of the senior leadership team in order to shape the direction of the business.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nWorking closely with the Sales Director, develop and execute the company's commercial strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue growth at a regional level.\\n\\nDevelop and maintain key account relationship with existing house build clients.\\n\\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the house build sector, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's customer base.\\n\\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.\\n\\nCollaborate with the product development team to ensure the product portfolio meets customer requirements and remains competitive in the market.\\n\\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key head office colleagues, customers, architects, designers, and contractors.\\n\\nLead pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract management to maximize profitability and maintain healthy margins.\\n\\nWork alongside the Sales Director and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.\\n\\nDevelop the CRM systems and processes to improve customer relationship management and maximize sales effectiveness.\\n\\nAnalyse sales performance data, market research, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous sales growth within your region.\\n\\nPrepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for your region.\\n\\nEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical business practices.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nProven experience as a Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager or Account Manager within the kitchen manufacturing industry.\\n\\nIn-depth knowledge of the kitchen manufacturing industry, market dynamics, and trends.\\n\\nStrong business acumen and a track record of driving sales growth and profitability.\\n\\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.\\n\\nStrategic thinker with the ability to implement effective commercial strategies. Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.\\n\\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.\\n\\nResults-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and delivering business objectives.\\n\\nFamiliarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and reporting tools.
