You'll sit at the heart of the operation, working closely with stakeholders across the business whilst helping shape a more efficient, scalable and commercially focused finance function.
The role
A broad position with a healthy mix of operational leadership and continuous improvement. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading finance operations across billing, accounts receivable and controls
- Managing and developing a capable, motivated team
- Driving process and systems improvements across the finance function
- Enhancing reporting, MI and operational insight
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support better decision-making
- Playing a key role in wider transformation and change initiatives
Think 75% leadership and operations, 25% change and improvement.
About you
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who enjoys improving how things are done. You'll bring:
- Strong operational finance and management accounting experience
- A track record of delivering process improvements and change
- Strong systems skills (Sage experience would be a bonus)
- The confidence to challenge, influence and build relationships
- Previous team management experience and a genuine passion for developing people
