The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment, with a clearly defined pathway into a Consultant role. You will initially join as a Talent Manager, focusing on recruitment delivery and supporting existing clients. As you gain confidence, you'll be given increasing autonomy to manage recruitment processes end-to-end. With ongoing internal and external training, the role will naturally progress into a Consultant position, where you will take full ownership of roles and client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting and managing recruitment delivery for existing clients
- Learning to run recruitment processes from role briefing through to placement
- Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media and internal databases
- Conducting screening calls and video interviews to assess suitability and motivation
- Writing and posting accurate, engaging job adverts
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate and consultant diaries
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, compliance documentation and onboarding information
- Conducting market mapping and candidate research
- Ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for candidates and clients
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office-based, delivery, coordination or sales-focused role
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365; CRM or ATS experience is beneficial
- Experience sourcing or researching candidates using professional platforms
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance and data accuracy
- A motivated individual who is keen to learn, develop and progress into a Consultant role
