Chilworth Partnership Ltd is delighted to be recruiting a part time Marketing and Events Manager to work closely with the finance, sales and leadership teams to support the business goals for Chilworth Partnership Ltd and their sister business Venture Recruitment Partners.
This is a broad marketing position where you'll play an important role in supporting the company's digital presence and marketing activity across multiple platforms.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Own all social media and marketing activities. You’ll plan and schedule LinkedIn, Instagram, and email marketing content.
- Film and edit videos for the companies LinkedIn accounts.
- Plan and execute key marketing campaigns.
- Use Canva and Adobe Express to create all social media and event content, including images, flyers, guides and pitch decks.
- Manage and update the company websites, including blogs, events and all other content.
- Use GA4 to track website analytics and inform strategy.
- Design and create slides for key company meetings.
- Book company events, and support logistics, communication, promotion and follow-up.
- Generate inbound marketing leads through content and campaigns, ensuring those leads are directed to the appropriate team.
- Liaise with external copywriter and graphic designer to create complex marketing content, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.
- Communicate all marketing and events updates to the wider team weekly.
- Manage external relationships with suppliers and long-standing charity partners.
- Support wider marketing initiatives as part of a collaborative team.
- Work alongside outside marketing agency.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar Marketing role.
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Marketing or Marketing degree.
- Experience managing website content through a CMS.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Express and video editing software.
- Good time management and organisational skills and able to balance multiple projects.
- Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and online marketing activity.
- Strong written communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to build relationships.
Desirable
- Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills.
