We are pleased to be partnered with an international business in their search for an Assistant Accountant to support the wider finance team. This role is initially a 12 month FTC, but has the possibility to go permanent at the end.
The successful candidate will be eager to learn, have a strong transactional finance background, and be able to work across a range of teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise sales invoices for a variety of different teams
- Collating costs for various areas of the group
- Track logistics for transportation of goods
- Reconciliations, including the General Ledger
About you:
- Extensive knowledge of Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
- Experience with reconciliations
This role is based in Central Southampton and offers a hybrid structure of 3 days a week in the office and 2 at home.
