Our client is a well-regarded law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor, (approximately 2–6 years’ PQE), to join its established real estate team in Salisbury.

The team advises on a broad range of commercial property matters for a diverse client base, acting for organisations at local, regional and national level, including recognised brands. It is particularly noted for its expertise in pension-related property work, with a strong reputation in this specialist area.

Applicants should have gained solid experience in commercial property at a reputable city or leading regional firm. The role will involve handling a varied caseload, including landlord and tenant matters, freehold acquisitions and disposals, and general commercial property transactions. Exposure to pension property work (including SIPP/SSAS matters) would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a practical, commercially aware approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high standards of client service.
