Reporting directly to the Divisional Finance Director, you will lead a small team of Business Partners, providing strategic financial support and analysis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identifying and driving cost-saving initiatives through construction project life cycles.
- Producing detailed cost centre reports and variance analysis, presenting to various committees and stakeholders.
- Leading the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and ad-hoc financial outturns.
- Providing continuous support to budget holders, ensuring financial understanding and accuracy.
