You’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy, working on a broad mix of transactions, including high-value and complex matters, alongside opportunities to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to wider business development initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership
- Taking ownership of complex, high-value matters with minimal supervision
- Drafting and negotiating legal documentation
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Building strong relationships with clients and introducers
- Playing an active role in business development and networking
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in residential conveyancing (typically 10 years PQE)
- A confident fee earner with a strong track record of managing your own caseload
- Comfortable handling high-value and technically challenging transactions
- A natural communicator with excellent client care skills
- Commercially aware and motivated to contribute to growth
- Previous supervisory or mentoring experience would be advantageous
