The Role: Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a well established business based in the New Forest, for an experienced Finance Manager to join its central finance function. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a broad and varied role. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day financial operations, support reporting and controls, manage and develop a small finance team, and work closely with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making. This opportunity would suit a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with varied responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and review management accounts
  • Manage budgets, forecasts and cashflows
  • Review VAT returns and group reconciliations
  • Support operational teams with financial insight
