A highly regarded regional firm in the New Forest is growing and looking to appoint an experienced employment law professional to help shape and develop its offering. You’ll work closely with SME clients, including directors and senior leaders, on a broad mix of advisory and contentious matters.

About you
You’ll have solid experience advising a professional client base, ideally including senior HR stakeholders in larger organisations and/or owner-managed businesses. Strong technical knowledge is important, alongside a practical, solutions-focused approach. Advocacy experience is welcome but not essential.
