If so, Venture Recruitment Partners are looking for a progressive Commercial Finance Manager to join a client who have significantly grown their market share through a mixture of private investment and organic growth across their B2B and B2C portfolios.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce and analyse consolidated monthly board packs.
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Conduct comprehensive FP&A for both B2B and B2C divisions.
- Provide commercial analysis of products, services, working capital, and stock management.
- Deliver accurate reporting to PE owners.
- Manage cash forecasting and support treasury activities.
- Oversee the FP&A Analyst, with scope for wider team growth.
- Drive finance transformation across processes and systems.
