Key Responsibilities- Own the day-to-day finance function.
- Deliver insightful management reporting and commercial analysis.
- Develop budgeting, forecasting and cashflow processes.
- Partner with leadership teams to drive business performance.
- Improve reporting, controls and financial visibility.
- Support investor communications and Board reporting.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
- Assist with preparation for future investment or sale activities.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Currently operating as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, Senior Finance Manager or similar.
- Commercially minded and ambitious.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Keen to progress into a strategic leadership role and ultimately become a Finance Director or CFO.
- Salary circa £60,000.
