I am working exclusively with a world leading group to appoint a Group Tax Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, commercially minded tax professional to join a high performing international tax team with genuine global exposure.
The Opportunity:
- Reporting to the Group Tax Manager, you will join a Global Tax team in an impactful role covering group tax reporting, global corporate tax compliance, transfer pricing, and advisory support across the group’s international operations.
- You’ll play a key role in delivering the group’s direct tax strategy, supporting major business initiatives, and ensuring compliance excellence across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and group tax reporting process under IFRS, including UK tax packs, consolidation work, technical memos and auditor queries.
- Prepare group ETR and cash tax forecasts.
- Manage UK GAAP statutory reporting tax disclosures.
- Collaborate with overseas finance teams to ensure timely, accurate global tax compliance.
- Maintain a global corporate tax compliance calendar.
- Support development of the group Transfer Pricing policy and compliance plan, including preparation and review of UK and overseas TP documentation.
