A highly regarded regional firm in the New Forest is growing and looking to appoint an experienced employment law professional to help shape and develop its offering. You’ll work closely with SME clients, including directors and senior leaders, on a broad mix of advisory and contentious matters. This is a great opportunity to step into a role with real scope whether that’s building your profile, contributing to business development or helping grow a key service area. You’ll be joining a supportive, down-to-earth team that values collaboration and progression. The work is high-quality and engaging.
About you
You’ll have solid experience advising a professional client base, ideally including senior HR stakeholders in larger organisations and/or owner-managed businesses. Strong technical knowledge is important, alongside a practical, solutions-focused approach. Advocacy experience is welcome but not essential. Applications are welcomed from solicitors, barristers, CILEX lawyers, and qualified HR professionals. What matters most is your attitude, capability and ambition to contribute.
