We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support a major transformation programme in a successful national business on an urgent interim basis. This is a hands-on role focused on analysing, cleansing and preparing large volumes of commercial and financial data to support the successful transition to a new business platform.

Key Details

  • Location: Whiteley
  • Hybrid: 2-3 days in office p/w
  • Salary: £325-400 p/d (outside IR35)
  • Contract: 6-12 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse, validate and reconcile large datasets across multiple business systems.
  • Lead data cleansing activities to improve accuracy, consistency and overall data quality.
  • Extract and interrogate data using SQL to identify trends, anomalies and migration requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define data structures, mappings and business rules.
  • Support testing, validation and reporting activities throughout the transformation programme.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working on data migration, systems transformation or business change projects.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience handling large and complex datasets.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP or enterprise business systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
