A well-established law firm in Winchester is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE to join their busy Property team. You will support a Partner and two Senior Associates across a variety of commercial, rural and agricultural property matters, including high-end rural homes and estates. While experience in rural or agricultural property is helpful, it is not essential.
In this role you will:
- Advise clients on commercial property matters
- Manage instructions efficiently
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases, transfers and security documents
- Handle searches, title investigations, planning checks and pre-completion procedures
- Assist the Partner and Senior Associates with a range of transactions
- Ensure timely filing of documents with Companies House and the Land Registry
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be highly organised, proactive and a team player with confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
