Our client is looking for a talented Solicitor to join their award-winning Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile corporate transactions and advisory work within a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle corporate matters including shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, share options, family investment structures, and reorganisations.
- Act on transactional deals for serial acquirers, private equity-backed clients, and corporate disposals.
- Coordinate due diligence and prepare company secretarial documents.
- Deliver top-quality legal advice while contributing to team development.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years PQE (flexible).
- Corporate experience advantageous but not essential.
- Commercially minded, organised, and proactive.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Team player with attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of work.
