Management Accountant in Guildford

Venture Recruitment are partnering with a successful and globally operating business for an exciting opportunity. Our client is looking for a fully qualified, experienced Management Accountant to take on a fast‑paced, varied, and hands‑on role in support of their growing business on a contract basis.

Location: Guildford

Hybrid: 2 days in office, with higher attendance in initial period

Salary: £(Apply online only) per day (umbrella)

Contract: 6 months with the chance to extend or be made permanent

Responsibilities

• Management accounting & financial control
  • Internal business partnering
  • Monthly review of reconciliations
  • Assist statutory audit preparation
  • Budget and quarterly forecasting preparation
• Business reporting & analysis
  • Monthly financial reviews
  • Working capital analysis
  • Assisting with group projects
  • Analysing data for business intelligence
• Team management
  • One direct report

Requirements

• Qualified accountant
• Ability to complete month end processes, reviews and controls around financial and management accounting
