Are you a Senior Financial Accountant seeking your next contract assignment? Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a leading healthcare business in Newbury who are seeking someone for an initial 3 - 6 months.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Accountant include:
- Review P&L and balance sheet information to identify exceptions and provide information and insight to ensure correct journals and results.
- Prepare/review statutory financial statements.
- Lead/review a variety of internal and external tax compliance activities.
- Liaise with external tax advisors as required.
- Own aspects of revenue recognition.
- Assist with all internal and external audits, and other compliance activities.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the site and the broader organisation.
Key Requirements of the Senior Financial Accountant include:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) or QBE.
- Experience delivering UK statutory accounts and tax compliance activities.
- Practical experience of using Microsoft Excel to an advanced level.
Pay Rate - £300-400/day (inside IR35)
Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office, 3 days a week from home.
