Out client is offering an exciting chance to join a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Dispute Resolution team. This role is not just about caseload management—it\’s about becoming a crucial team player, helping to establish and grow our highly respected Dispute Resolution practice in a vibrant new market.
This role provides a direct path to work closely with senior lawyers and manage a wide variety of disputes for a prestigious client base, including companies, directors, shareholders, high-net-worth individuals, and national household brands.
The Role: Varied, High-Quality Litigation
You will be responsible for the day-to-day conduct of your own files while actively supporting the wider team on complex, high-value matters. The work is diverse, ensuring you gain broad experience across the full litigation spectrum.
We are looking for a candidate with experience, or a strong desire to specialize, in areas such as:
Commercial Disputes: Contractual claims, urgent asset recovery, and claims against directors and shareholders.
Property Litigation: Landlord and tenant disputes and complex boundary issues.
Estate & Trust Disputes: Contentious probate matters.
Debt & Insolvency: Debt recovery and general insolvency matters.
Procedural Expertise: Handling County Court claims (Fast, Intermediate, and Multi-track) and High Court claims within the Business and Property Courts, including injunctions and mediation.
Comprehensive training and support will be provided to help you excel in these areas.
