The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor, delivering financial insight that helps shape business strategy and improve commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to influence commercial decisions
• Delivering insightful financial analysis, reporting and performance commentary
• Building financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and business cases
• Producing meaningful reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Identifying trends, opportunities and risks, presenting clear recommendations to senior leaders
• Collaborating with global finance teams on reporting and strategic initiatives
• Driving continuous improvement across reporting and business processes

About You

You’ll be commercially minded, analytical and confident building relationships across the business. The successful candidate will have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or be a finalist
• Strong Finance Business Partnering experience
• The ability to interpret data and influence business decisions
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling
• Experience using Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach with a passion for adding commercial value
