What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership
  • Taking ownership of complex, high-value matters with minimal supervision
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documentation
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Building strong relationships with clients and introducers
  • Playing an active role in business development and networking
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in residential conveyancing (typically 10+ years PQE)
  • A confident fee earner with a strong track record of managing your own caseload
  • Comfortable handling high-value and technically challenging transactions
  • A natural communicator with excellent client care skills
  • Commercially aware and motivated to contribute to growth
  • Previous supervisory or mentoring experience would be advantageous
