Our client's highly regarded specialist clinical negligence department, recognised nationally for its expertise, is seeking to expand. The team advises on claims arising from substandard medical treatment provided by healthcare professionals, with particular strength in complex, high-value matters including serious injury and birth-related claims.
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate (Newly Qualified to 2 years’ PQE) to join their well-established team based in Basingstoke.
The Role
This position will involve managing a smaller caseload under supervision, alongside supporting a senior lawyer on complex, high-value cases, including those involving catastrophic and birth injuries. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, including dedicated paralegal support. There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development initiatives within the practice area. A strong appreciation of efficiency and commercial awareness is important.
