We are seeking a talented and motivated Area Manager / Regional Manager to join a high growth kitchen showroom business at an exciting period of their growth journey. My client is the UK's largest franchise retail proposition and backed by one of the world's largest kitchen manufacturers. Currently, this dynamic and high growth brand has 100 kitchen showrooms in the UK with a plan in place to more than double in size over the next three years.
You will work alongside the Head of Retail and an established team of regional managers to develop business relationships with existing franchise partners through coaching & mentoring in order to drive sales growth that aligns with the company's goals. As a high growth business, new showroom openings will play a key role as the brand evolves. With one showroom in Ireland, there is now an exciting growth plan to open many more showrooms.
Currently, due to internal succession planning, they are looking to recruit an experienced Regional Manager or Area Manager to help drive growth and results. You will be highly ambitious and looking for future career advancement within the group within 2-3 years. You will provide an essential strategic, pragmatic, inspirational coaching leadership style. Ensure the energetic implementation, through the team, of outstanding customer-led operational execution allowing for the delivery of maximum trading opportunities to maximise business performance and results. You will come from a big ticket sales and customer-focused background.

- A minimum of 24 months field experience, ideally in sales related retail.
- Strong Customer focus with a passion for coaching / business mentoring
