Basic Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Company Car + Profit Share + Incentives (OTE £60,000 - £100,000+)

As one of the leading Merchants in the UK, our client is now looking for a Branch Manager to join them on their impressive growth journey. My client has over 300 branches nationwide and an exciting new store opening programme over the next few years.

As a branch manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the branch leading your teams to drive sales and increase the profitability of your business.

Already a successful branch manager, you will be organised and a strong communicator who has the ability to motivate, train and develop your team to deliver high levels of service to our trade and retail clients - helping to build long lasting relationships with them.

Your Skills & Unique Attributes:

  • You must have previous management experience working within a merchant, retail or trade sales environment where you have developed a customer service ethic whilst delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for the customer.
  • You will be organised, have excellent communication and time management skills along with the drive and ambition to succeed.
  • You will thrive in leading a team and be keen to bring your initiative and creativity to the role while being able to work effectively and efficiently to manage your team's performance to achieve targets through successful sales.
