Following another year of incredible results in a really tough climate, they are now entering into another exciting period of growth and grabbing more market share which means there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced kitchen designer to join their business to help meet increased demand.
Finding the right person is so important therefore, we are looking for a kitchen designer who can fit into our fun and friendly team but can also focus on the job at hand by building relationships with customers in the local area and share your passion for design and outstanding service to convert a busy lead bank into sales.
Your ability to listen and understand the customers needs is essential as it will result in you offering advice and product recommendations to design and measure their dream kitchen. Your enthusiasm and skills will close the sale and complete the project and, last but not least, your attention to detail and willingness to succeed will ensure the customers are satisfied throughout the whole project through to completion.
You must have previous sales experience working within a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or furniture sales/design environment where you have nurtured your customer's desire to design, furthered by your technical knowledge whilst delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for the customer.
