I’m looking to recruit a PART TIME Sales Accompanied Viewer ideally for a few days a week.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accompanied Viewer to join our Sales team in Darlington.
Venture Properties is a growing and forward-thinking estate agent, well-established in Darlington and the surrounding areas with five offices.
The successful candidate will work within an excellent team dedicated to providing great customer service. You’ll be the first person prospective buyers see in person from Venture Properties and will play a key role in selling properties.
Our team is proud to have been the number 1 estate agent in the town for several years and is keen to expand the department to meet the company\’s needs.
Previous experience is not necessary. What is more important is someone with the right attitude, a good sense of humour, and a willingness to work hard.
Essential skills for this role include:
- Excellent time-management skills as diaries are often busy.
- Full, clean driving license. (A company car will be provided for appointments.)
- A calm nature when working under pressure.
- A good team player with a good sense of humour.
- A warm, friendly personality as you’ll be the face of the company when meeting prospective buyers.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Showing prospective buyers around properties.
- Answering questions related to the properties and the sales process.
- Managing your diary.
- Maintaining the company car to a good standard – keeping it clean and tidy as well as topping up oil, screenwash, etc.
