We’re looking for a modern, versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help define how Oh shows up visually across every touchpoint. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact, on-brand design across social, campaigns, in-product assets, event collateral, marketing materials, and more. From TikTok thumbnails and paid social ads to in-platform promos, pitch decks, and graphics for video, you’ll be the go-to design partner for the Head of Marketing and wider team. This role is ideal for someone who’s fluent in consumer brands and technology, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup. You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Growth, PR, Creator, and Product teams. We’re open to full-time or freelance applicants, ideally based in the UK or a nearby time zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & visual identity: Evolve and maintain Oh’s visual identity across all channels, ensuring everything we ship feels cohesive, premium, and recognisably “Oh”. Create and update brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable components (colour, typography, iconography, layouts).
  • Campaign & marketing design: Design campaign assets for product launches, creator launches, partnerships and performance marketing. Produce static and lightweight motion assets for paid social, display, email, and landing pages.
  • Social & content design: Create scroll-stopping assets for TikTok, Instagram, X and Reddit, working closely with the Social and Growth teams. Design templates for recurring social formats (memes, carousels, announcements, stats, creator spotlights).
  • In-platform & product-facing design: Design in-app banners, promotional modules, and visual treatments for characters and Digital Twins. Collaborate with Product and UX to ensure marketing assets feel native in the product experience.
  • Video & motion support: Create graphics, lower thirds, title cards, and simple motion pieces for editor and video content. Work with our video editor to develop a cohesive motion style for Oh.
  • Event & sales collateral: Design event collateral for conferences and trade shows (booth graphics, roll-ups, print materials, merch concepts). Support B2B/API sales with clear, compelling decks and one-pagers that explain what we do.
  • Process, quality, and collaboration: Manage your workload and brief intake with the Head of Marketing to keep priorities clear and deadlines realistic. Champion design quality and consistency while moving fast in a startup environment. Maintain organised design files and libraries (e.g. Figma, Adobe CC) that others can easily work with.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house, agency, or high-growth startup), with a strong consumer/product/tech angle.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates excellent visual taste and typography, strong social/campaign design, and consistent brand systems across multiple touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud as a minimum).
  • Experience designing for social media, digital campaigns and product environments (web/app).
  • Comfort working with NSFW/adult content and creator-led brands.
  • Basic motion design skills (e.g. After Effects, Premiere, or similar) or willingness to level up quickly.
  • Ability to interpret loose briefs, ask smart questions, and turn ideas into clear, high-quality visuals.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and hit deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to defend good work while remaining open to feedback.

We’re open to both full-time and freelance applicants. Please include a portfolio or showreel with your application.

As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:

  • The hustle of a startup with the impact of a global business.
  • Tremendous opportunity to join a business pioneering the future of creator engagement.
  • Working with an extraordinary team of smart, creative, fun, and highly motivated people.
  • Flexible working hours, including remote working.
  • Modern, uplifting work environment.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Competitive salary/day rate, depending on experience and contract type.
