Our client, a reputable and well-established recruitment agency based in Ashford, Kent, is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This is a varied role combining candidate resourcing for industrial roles and payroll support for a large and growing temporary workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and screening candidates for industrial temporary roles (e.g., warehouse, production, logistics).
- Building relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
- Assisting in the onboarding of temporary workers including right-to-work checks and documentation.
- Supporting weekly payroll processing – collating timesheets, data entry, and ensuring timely payment for the temp workforce.
