We are recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for our client based in Lowestoft. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very established and supportive team, with a really friendly and inclusive working environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting permanent staff in either the commercial, engineering or industrial sectors. You need superb communication skills to sell the excellent candidates that you have recruited. You also need strong business development skills to sell the service that you are providing to potential clients. You will need to build up good relationships with your clients by providing quality candidates for their business so they always return to you for repeat business.
