We are recruiting a 360 Recruitment Consultant for our client based in Wigan. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest and best independent recruitment agencies to work for in the UK. You will be joining a branch that encourages excellent teamwork in a friendly and supportive working environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting staff in either the industrial, transport & logistics, engineering, hospitality or commercial sectors. You need superb communication skills to sell the excellent candidates that you have recruited. You will need to build up good relationships with your clients by providing quality candidates for their business so they always return to you for repeat business.

The role:

  • Recruiting excellent candidates to match the roles you have sourced from new and existing clients.
  • Business Development - telesales, visiting potential clients to gain an understanding of their business and recruitment requirements, sell the service that you will be providing, negotiate terms of business and get terms of business agreed.
  • Customer Service - Visiting and calling clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service you are providing.
  • Administration - Operating the company CRM system and ensuring all administration is completed in a timely and compliant manner to match both company and industry standards.
