I am representing my client which is an ambitious and growing agency based in Birmingham. They operate in the Industrial Driving and Commercial sectors.
The branch in Birmingham is currently thriving, and they need an experienced recruitment manager to drive the branch further forward by leading from the front in terms of new business development and managing the team of experienced recruitment consultants.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Recruitment Branch management. You will have a distinct advantage if you have a proven track record of operating in the Industrial sector and have a strong knowledge of the Industrial recruitment market in the Bristol area.
You will be responsible for driving the branch forward in terms of sales on both the temp and perm revenue stream, by delivering a quality service to both candidates and clients alike.
Our client requires a highly motivated individual that is target driven and a strong man manager. You need to lead your team from the front in terms of sales and compliance and have an excellent knowledge of the local market.
