What you\’ll be doing:
Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – from client acquisition to candidate placement
Building and nurturing long-term client relationships through excellent service and results
Attracting top construction talent using innovative sourcing strategies
Championing your candidates to clients with professionalism and energy
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in construction recruitment (temps or perms)
Strong sales and business development skills
A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly xiskglj
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
